Section 9 — Comfort Crew Program Terms

The Livra Comfort Crew (the "Program") is a voluntary user-generated content program. By submitting content through the Comfort Crew page, you agree to the following additional terms.

Eligibility. You must have purchased at least one Livra product, be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and have posted original content that clearly features a Livra product on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Lemon8. Your post must remain publicly accessible for at least thirty (30) days from the date of submission.

Content license. By submitting content, you grant Livra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and sublicensable license to reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, and display your content, in whole or in part, across any marketing, advertising, or commercial channel. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that its use by Livra will not infringe the rights of any third party.

Rewards. Reward tiers are described on the Comfort Crew page. Final reward amounts and creator program invitations are determined at Livra's sole discretion based on content quality, authenticity, conversion signal, and marketing value. Rewards are typically issued as store credit, redeemable for six (6) months from issuance, and may be subject to minimum order thresholds. Livra reserves the right to cap cumulative rewards per participant.

Ineligible content. Submissions may be rejected if they involve fake engagement, reposted or duplicated content, do not visibly feature a Livra product, are removed within the 30-day public-posting window, or otherwise violate applicable platform policies or laws.

Program changes. Livra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any participant's participation in the Program, at any time and without notice. Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Livra.
