We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

First-Pair Guarantee
Find your perfect fit, risk-free.
If this is your first time trying a specific product category from us, you may open, wash, and wear one item.
- • 30-Day Trial: If you do not love it, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- • Your Choice: Full refund or free exchange.
- • No Return Needed: Keep the first tried-on item for hygiene and environmental reasons.
Limit one item per product category per customer. For multipacks, the guarantee applies to only one item.
Standard Return Policy
For all subsequent orders or additional items in a multipack:
- • Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- • Exclusions: Gift cards are non-returnable.
Fees & Options
For all approved returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is covered by the First-Pair Guarantee and does not need to be sent back.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
- • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- • Duties & Taxes: Original import duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
- • Final Sale: Items discounted by 30% or more.
- • Accessories: Wash bags, laundry bags, socks, and bra pads or inserts.
- • Worn Items: Any item returned in used condition outside the First-Pair Guarantee will not be processed.
Important: Unauthorized Returns
Please email us at support@wearlivra.com with your order number to initiate a return request. Do not ship items back without approval first. Unauthorized returns, or worn garments not covered by the First-Pair Guarantee, will not be refunded or shipped back to the sender.
