When do I get my reward?
We review submissions within 3–5 business days. If approved, the reward is emailed to you as a Shopify discount code (valid for 6 months).
Do I need a minimum follower count?
No. We care about content honesty, not follower count. Real stories from small accounts get rewarded too.
Can I submit multiple posts?
Yes — each post can be submitted separately. Rewards are capped per person per month to keep the program sustainable.
What happens if my content is used in ads?
Featured content earns an extra +$10. Content used in paid ads or showing strong conversion earns $20–$50, and may be invited into our Creator Program with 10–25% commission.
Why do you need my order number?
So we can verify you’re a real Livra customer. Submissions without a valid order are not eligible.
